hhhmm, That sounds like a great website and extremely useful, especially for people in a new geographical area.

Alex,

I've been dreaming of this for years. Too bad the MLS doesn't offer a similiar product.

In the FAQ section of the website says that there is a recurring $9.95 monthly fee for this service.  Also your past Blog entries indicate a $9.95 monthly subscription fee.  Is this no longer true?

Yeah this is a great website, especially if your want to expand your market, and be comforatble in showing areas that you don't know as well. I read the FAQ's section, they used to charge with this service, but it is now free.

Sounds like a great tool - we already hav something similar built into our MLS - Connect MLS.  I can search for properties and then get a driving route.  It's awesome!

MLXchange is a downloadable software, where as Dashfly is a web-based application that is accessible from any computer.  You can log in to your account wherever you are...you don't have to be on a computer with MLS Exchange.  Also, MLS Exchange only works on Internet Explorer, so Mac users are out of luck.

This is similiary to mapquest, except mapquest doesn't optimiz your route, and this site is a lot easier to navigate, check it out you will see for yourself how easy it is to use. Saves me at least 30 minutes everday I go and show.
