Well, we are 5 months into 2017 already! It's amazing how time passes, especially on a personal note- My oldest Granddaughter will be 14 this yr! Unbelievable-but that's not with this Blog is about, I just wanted to lead into new approaches for 2017......
So, this year I have taken a newer approach to my Real Estate business and stepped out of comfort zones. For instance, I am doing much more Video marketing, and in conjunction to my Blog post title, have realized the more I do it, the more relaxed I am in front of the camera, and hence provide a more natural video!
I've also adopted an every other day brisk walk/running regiment to keep the mind clearer(Boy, do I need it) and feel overall better and more energy. With this, also, the more I do it the easier it becomes. What seemed to be a LONG 20-30 minute exercise now seems to fly by, because of the repetition.
Another steady item I do, and have always done, is to send out personal notes to my past clients on a weekly basis. This, unlike the previously 2 tasks mentioned, doesn't provide immediate measurable results, but I have learned over the years of doing it that it pays off in the long run, as they say, as people remember me when it comes to selling, buying or referring!
Being an entrepreneur, I am always on the lookout to listen and learn. Social Media is the best way for me with that regard as there is so much info out there! All it takes is a few minutes a day to listen to a video, read a post, and there again with repetition, becomes a daily ritual!
