OK, so I don't know how useful this is on a real estate agent's web site but some may find it amusing. In your local market navigation (not on your home page) you can add a link to a separate, somewhat buried page. Add a graph to show what your local gas prices are. You only do this if you are into the fancy stuff and you are not working on your SEO. Solid real estate articles definitely help your site and clients more than this little trinket but here it is:

Like I said, don't let this one distract you. However, for the "best interest" of the client you may consider adding a graph to your site.
