Las Vegas Reverence Takes Outdoor Art to Your Backyard

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Luxury Realty Group NV B.050917

Las Vegas's highly desirable Summerlin master planned community is currently building it's newest Village called Reverence up against the majestic Spring Mountains.  "Reverence" means utmost respect and certainly this new Village with its 6 distinct neighborhoods reflects its name.  The Reverence Village opens for new home sales by Pulte in June, 2017 and Luxury Realty Group can place your referral buyers on the interest list if you Contact Us now.

Reverence sounds nice but what about the Outdoor Art you ask?  First, there are carefully planned walking trails that meander throughout the village and show you the various elements of the amazing desert landscape.  In the Spring, when the Las Vegas desert is in full bloom, it's only a short walk from your luxury Reverence home to experience the color spectacle of desert flowers.

Second, an Amphitheatre will exist where outdoor theatre will give you cultural and creative experiences in the Reverence Summerlin Village that will create lasting memories to share with your neighbors and friends.  Photos of the Amphitheatre under construction can be seen here.

For the Outdoor enthusiast there will be tennis and backetball courts, aquatic amenities and much more.  A 16,000 sq foot recreation center is also being built in Reverence.

The Las Vegas Reverence Summerlin Village will have both single and two story homes ranging from approximately 1500 sq ft to over 4,000 sq feet.  Four of the six Reverence neighborhoods will be guard gated too.  Reverence is located on the West side of Las Vegas and is being built on some of the most spectacular, highly elevated land.  Depending on your home, views of the Las Vegas Strip or Spring Mountains will be spectacular.

Bruce, sure sounds like Reverence will be quite popular, and Pulte is a great building.  Hope you receive many calls.

Thanks Joan.  Reverence I believe will receive lots of attention given its elevation and it's nearly 3,000 feet above sea level.
