Yes! So, how do you convince people to buy from you when you have nothing that is tangible, nothing to touch, feel, or take home with you.

Selling advertisiing...I want you to give me money for this advertising today. It will hopefully make you more money in the future, but I can not guarantee that you will increase you revenue.

I can only provide you with some statistics that show we are targeting your type of customers, and we will try to convince them to buy from you. So, how do you convince people to buy from you when you have nothing that is tangible, nothing to touch, feel, or take home with you.

You have to create value! You have to show them the math statistics, and show them the value of purchasing. What it is now, next year, and in the future. Everyone loves a sale, and houseing is on Sale now! Math does not lie. Most people can easily do basic math calculations. If they can see present value versus future value, in 5, 10 or 30 years. They will then have a better understanding of there investment. Buying a home is a very big step for everyone, and it is usually one of the biggest investments people will ever make.

Take an HP-12b-2 or any Financial calculator with you and and show them present values and future values. Use local historical statistics and averages of increases in market conditions with and without the cost of living increases that have averaged about 3% per year in the last 30 years.

So, why not sell Real Estate that way? And the closing bonus is...you do get to touch it, feel it, and take it home!
