30 Hale Pili Way just closed for full price of $1,295,000 - a beautiful 2 acre lot in a prestigious neighborhood with multi-million dollar homes. This parcel had been on and off the market for over 10 years, with many price reductions and changes of listing companies. Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers got it sold finally!

- 6 are in the Peahi Farms subdivision
- the largest one is completely off-grid and perfect for solar and wind power
