Sally, It looks like a lovely home with certainly enough room...in a piece of paradise. I hope it sells quickly. I hoope you had a terrific mother's day!
Sally - great looking listing! I would imagine that not having HOA or maintenance fees are a big plus for your area. I hope Gary and your kids treated you like a queen today!
William: After flying to Kauai on Saturday and everyone getting back here very late (we walked in our door at midnight) we all were recuperating yesterday but we managed to call each other to wish each other well. :)
Hey Linda: In this area it's a plus. We were recuperating after flying to Kauai :)
Mike: In this area the majority of homes were built in the late 50's and through the sixties...and with single wall construction. After Katrina the insurance rates went up ...yes, even here. Double wall construction is no problem getting insurance at reasonable rates. Single wall? They can change from one owner to another with not one day lapse...otherwise.....gasp!
Sally- I'm with George...the outside view was deceiving.....is that the hill behind it? Someone will benefit from the mature landscaping......is this house far from the last one you sold?
