What's the Neighborhood Like?
It was named after the Rudolph family who owned the land. They had a family homeplace adjacent to where the current subdivision is located. There are hundreds of Rudolphtown homes. Some of the homes have a river view with mature trees and lush landscapes. There have been a multitude of quality builders that have built homes in the neighborhood. This is a gorgeous community.
Many of the homes are built in a two-story design however there are several ranch style homes and many contemporary designs. All have very nice landscaping and all enjoy underground utilities. You can get to Interstate 24 in a little over 5 minutes making a commute to Nashville and Ft. Campbell very doable.
There is no formal Homeowners Association in Rudolphtown.
What Activities are Offered Nearby?
The homes in Rudolphtown are close to Madison Street which offers restaurants, banking, shopping, food stores, salons and professional services. Dunbar Cave State Park is about a seven minutes away so you could play golf, swim, play tennis, go fishing, picnic, hike or just relax.
Austin Peay State University is about 20 minutes away and offers a quality, liberal arts education with both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Tennessee residents with students graduating from high school with a certain grade point average may qualify for the HOPE scholarship to be used at APSU.

Rudolphtown Homes are serviced by theClarksville/Montgomery County School System. The elementary school is Barksdale Elementary located on Madison St., the middle and high schools are Rossview located on Rossview Rd.
