Searching for Hamilton Township Ohio new construction patio homes? They're not ready yet, but Fischer Homes is about to start adding patio homes to their Providence community! Not far from their existing patio home community in Miami Bluffs, but expect a more affordable price point. Lot holds are expected to start in June with actual home orders being taken in late July 2017.
Fischer is offering five patio home floor plans:
Amelia
Edenton
Kiawah
Maxwell
Winthrop
Base square footage starts at 1500 for the smallest plan, almost 2000 for the largest plan and the possibility to go bigger with finished lower levels or loft spaces (depending on the plan).
Expect prices in the upper $200s and into the $300s.
The community is close to the 22/3 & SR48 intersection.
Because these are patio homes, lawn care, mowing and snow removal are taken care of as part of your monthly HOA fee. Be advised, since they are patio homes don't expect large lots or much clearance around your home from you to the neighbor.
This community is served by Little Miami Schools.
