Whether it’s referred to as a profile or a bio, there is nothing more important to a potential client than the narrative describing the team representing the builder. The bio portrays who we are;what we do; and how well we do it, and that’s all any client wants to know.
So, having said that, I’ll proceed to convey the “nuts and bolts” of The Todaro Team and what holds us together and keeps us on track.
We are a team of 4 full time, like-minded real estate agents who focus on residential real estate. Our niche is land and new construction. We are well-versed with that aspect of the industry and have collectively sold to completion 40 subdivisions.
New construction sets the pace for real estate sales. It dictates what resales are worth, and it establishes the upper end of the real estate market. We are very selective with our choice of builders to represent. Our choices are based on our past experience within the industry.
We have a firm grasp of methods and materials used in today’s market. We know value and quality. We understand what buyers are searching for with a new home, and we can identify with the builders who are producing that end product.
Experience,Education and Dedication are the features that mold us. We participate everyday, and because we are passionate about what we do, we never consider it work.We have an insatiable craving for land and new homes, and I don’t expect that hunger to ever have a limit.
This team bio is a reflection of how we think, work and exist within our industry. The Todaro Team is a team that works and thinks as a team….four varieties combined to create one solid entity.
