After sitting through eight hours of Continuing Education class, I needed to stretch my legs. The perfect place to do that was at Flowood's Nature Trail. The nature trail adjoins Winners Circle Park and is a peaceful, beautiful trail suitable for walking, jogging, or dog-walking.
Flowood Nature Trail has picnic tables, several small pavilions, and pavilions for rent for parties, weddings, or other events. The park is open daylight til dark. Contact City Hall for park information.
Looks like a great place to take a break!

Endre Barath, Jr. - Yes, I was able to post the photo but I couldn't resize it. In fact I attempted to post an additional photo that showed up in my working text but not in the preview or final version. Kinks must still be lurking, and Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI NMLS#1483386 ~ this is a different park so hopefully there are no gators, as there are a LOT OF WOODS aka nature trail for them to roam! The lake is full of turtle and I'm sure snakes but I choose to walk in ignorance.
