Nobody quite understands the Sacramento real estate market more than the hard-working Realtors who are out in the trenches every day. We are not your "arm-chair" agents or "soccer mom" agents. We're either in front of our computers or we're in the field talking with our clients, showing homes, taking listings. Our days are filled with real estate activity.
Because we're so busy, we don't always have time to look at the stats and analyze. We know what's going on instinctively but we aren't putting a face on the numbers, making it real. Well, my blog today is real enough. A bit shocking, I might say. It's what you sort of suspected but until you see it in print, it might not hit home.
