Today’s View – May 28, 2017 Detached Homes up to $300,000

This is a market report on existing detached homes in Mount Airy, Monrovia, New Market, Ijamsville area for sale with a list price up to $300,000.  At the time of this report (5/28/17) not including new construction there are 6 such homes on the market FOR SALE, another 21 under contract, and 10 that have sold in the last 30 day.. Thus the absorption rate (6/10) shows a  ,6 month inventory, which is considered a sellers market.
