Overall, there were 490 Greater Naples Real Estate Transactions during the week of March 27th through the April 2nd. Once again, North Naples and East Naples had the most sales in the area. North Naples had a total of 97 sales. And East Naples ended the month with 96 property sales.
Further, of the 97 properties sold in North Naples, 47 percent of them were condos. And 39 percent of them were single family homes. The remaining properties sold in North Naples were vacant lots. In addition, in East Naples, there were 96 sales, 70 percent of which were condos.
In summary, Naples Real Estate Transactions for the week of March 27th included 227 condos, 170 single family homes, 87 vacant lots and 6 mobile homes.
