As most of you know, my team is a team of listing agents. We focus on listings, and it’s my job to create postcards to make the phone ring to restock the listing shelves. Don’t think for one moment that it’s an easy task!
I prepare a new postcard at the end of every month, and it’s mailed during the first week of the next month. The time has now come to create that postcard.

I love taking one thought and applying it to shake the fruit from the tree. It’s a task that has worked wonders for me for the past 8 years here, and every postcard theme comes from ActiveRain.
I’ll read a post, and come away with one dynamic statement to use. The prime example, most recently, was the postcard that posed the thought of every homeowner’s value changing with this seller’s market.
We received 6 listings from that one postcard mailing, and it’s a very competitive seller’s market here. Of the 6 appointments, only one did not call any other agents. The others called 3 to 5 agents for presentations. We closed every one of them.
There are two of our listings remaining active. The others are pending.
