Homes for Sale in Loveland CO Zip Code 80538

 

The 80538 zip code includes all of Loveland CO to the north of US 34, from the east side of I-25 into the foothills on the west. This zip code primarily consists of residential development, along with some scattered commercial development and extensive retail around the I-25/US 34 interchange and along US 287 to the north of the city center. Most of the homes are in established older neighborhoods, along with some on-going new residential development to the east and west.

 

Loveland CO Zip Code 80538 Home Sales May 2017

 

Homes have sold strongly in the 80538 zip code so far this year - there have been 276 sales, ranging from a low of $49,500 to a high of $1,415,000, with a median price of $335,000 and an average price of $364,111. Market performance has been strong as well, with an average days to offer of 28 and an average days on the market of 63. The sale price/list price ratio for these 276 sold homes was 99.6%, indicative of high buyer demand and a strong seller's market. 

 

Inventory is slowly rising, but is still far short of what's needed to meet buyer demand - there are 84 homes on the market in the 80538 zip code, priced from a low of $267,775 to a high of $1,880,000. There are an other 131 homes under contract and waiting to close.

Hi Dick -- those are some pretty impressive numbers you have provided in this updatefor Loveland 80538 real estate.  While it is still lacking in the numbers to match demand, it is good to hear that inventory of properties for sale is increasing.
