THE IMPORTANCE OF CONSISTENCY IN PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
I have to admit that the property management business is not for everyone. I told myself I would never do Phoenix Property Management when I obtained my license back in 2002. I stayed away from it because everyone told me it was very difficult. I was offered an opportunity in 2009 to join a firm that offered real estate selling plus property management. The rest is history. Today, I have my own real estate brokerage called Real Estate and Beyond, LLC. We offer management and sales to all.
I have put my Phoenix Property Management on autopilot. We have streamlined operations in order to obtain more business. The first year in business is always the hardest because everything is coming at the owner full blast. We survived our first year and we are moving forward.
I was taught to instill consistency in ones business in order to handle growth. We take care of the clients on a monthly basis by ensuring their homes are properly managed and receive owner proceeds in a timely fashion. All repairs are handled in a reasonable amount of time. Currently, we received new clients through our consistent marketing program.
Build it and they will come! I am living proof of this statement. I wish for all of us to keep moving forward in positive direction.
