12 homes closed in the Canyon Creek Subdivision in May equal to May 2016 (Five sales were my listings). The 12 homes Sold enjoyed a 99.5% % List to Sell Ratio (the same in 2016) and days on market were up 16% compared to May 2016.

Bottom line: May 2017 home sales in Canyon Creek were equal to 2016. Listed and sold prices increased by 19%. The size of homes increased per/square footage in 2017 by 20%. What’s interesting is generally larger homes mean lower price/square foot. The listed and sold price/square footage remained the same, thus larger homes received a higher price! Some of the newer inventory available in May came on staged and priced well and moved under contract with an average of 10 days.
