As a Realtor, you want to be the source of information for your clients.
You can't possibly know everything. I know, I know... many agents already think they know everything... they don't. But if you've been in this business for a length of time, you've learned a lot, and you can be the source of information for your clients.
When you don't have the answer... your response to your clients should be: "I don't know, but I'll find out for you." You want them to call you first... and you can become their resource for all things real estate and real-estate adjacent.
