The dogs are coming, the dogs are coming.  Next Saturday, at Meadowedge Park at 550 East Bay Avenue, Barnegat bring your puppy dog and make history!

May 17th, Saturday, rain or shine, is the 3rd Annual Pet Day in Barnegat.  The event will run from 10am -2pm.  There will be a pet parade, a pet blessing and "The Biggest Dog Sit."  It'll be a group portrait of all dogs attending and it's hoped a Guinness World Record!

There will also be a Seeing Eye Dog demonstration, numerous vendors and exhibits.  In addition the Barnegat Animal Clinic will offer microchipping for man/womans best friend!

The local animal shelters and pet rescue groups will be there.  Come learn more about the good works they do!, It'll be a great day to make friends, and maybe history!
