Well, I always heard the that chicken crossed the roal for some fowl reason, Bill. But your cartoons had me on the floor laughing (or should I say cackling?).
Hey, it makes sense to me! Here in the Greater Sacramento region, we have the little village of Fair Oaks. Each year, the chickens there cross the road to get to the Chicken Festival!
Now that is great...I completely understand. And apparently, so does Henrietta.
Smart chicken, I wonder where she is getting all the cash to pay for those eggs.
