It's been a whirlwind 24-hours for our sellers at 4810 Linden Forest Lane and boy, are they ever troopers!

Happy Charlotte Home Sellers We had a Contract with another buyer, who got cold feet, last-minute (after a great home inspection AND solid appraisal!) and terminated their Contract. In NC, you can terminate for any reason or no reason at all and these buyers exercised their right to terminate for 'no reason at all!'

My sellers had even already completed repair of the minor items that were noted on the inspection report and, thankfully, hadn't moved out of the home just yet! So, the sellers and the home were quickly ready for Camera, Lights, ACTION - again!

We quickly procured showings from buyers who had previously missed the home and secured a fantastic Offer from some very lucky buyers! This home is one of the few in the community that was custom-built by and for one of our most esteemed builders in the area - the quality is evident at every turn!

Lucky buyers and sellers are headed to the finish line now on this lovely home as we are now UNDER CONTRACT! Kudos to my wonderful sellers who were ever-so flexible during these last 24-hours - it's time for a celebratory glass of champagne - they truly deserve it!
