We just received our numbers today for the Month of April and I am happy to report I think we have found a turn in the market. This doesnt mean prices are going to go up, but it's the start of a the road to recovery.

I am definitely of the opinion that the Orlando market bottomed out around November-December last year. We have a long road to recovery, but things aren't getting any worse (at least from what I can see).
