The Mid-Rise is built along the Delaware River and some units may overlook the water The Mid -Rise is an elevator building . I do have a one bedroom floor plan that you can view . There are some units with very large balconies on floor five . They are called penthouses and do not go on the market very often . Some units have full water views where you can sit and watch the boats go by . I had a client who called the Port authority to find out when the bridges in the area opened to get a better idea when the large ships would pass by .There are other units that have side views of the water . Many units face the pool and the club house . The rooms are very spacious and all lovely
Like the Garden Units you have use of the club house and the indoor pool and outdoor pool . You receive basic cable . Heat is also included in the Mid-Rise . If you play tennis they have courts for your enjoyment . There is also a fully equipped gym in the club house for your use . There are many different styles to chose from in the Mid- Rise . There are also on site maintenance . I have never seen a condo that I have not liked . They were built in the 1970's so again as I have stated in many of my posts an updated unit will get more money then one that is not . Most people who live in the Mid-Rise do not move except to relocate . How do i know .My clients tell me . Ask anyone who lives there . They will tell you how much they love it .
I have many buyers looking to purchase in Bakers Bay Condo Community . Some buyers prefer the Mid-Rise Section . They do not want me to call them about any other section
