Osceola County is one of the fastest growing counties in Central Florida. According to Osceola.org, the County has experienced a 31% increase in population since 2000, and is expected to double its population over the next 20 years to over 450,000 residents. This is equivalent to the population of major metropolitan areas such as Kansas City, Missouri, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Sacramento, California.
A critical component of the parks master planning process is obtaining the input of residents and other stakeholders regarding parks and recreation opportunities in the County. We hope you will take the survey, share it with your friends, and join us at any one of the five community meetings scheduled in the coming weeks. Thank you so much for your participation in planning for the future of Osceola County!
Join us anytime between 6-8pm at the next Community Meeting:
