That is not a typo!  $34,200 paid upfront for a referral!  To get homes sold, developers these days are offering some amazing incentives!   Cristal Beach Resort (CBR) in the Dominican Republic is offering 6% of the sales price upfront for referrals.  You register your lead with the developer and they do the rest.  Easy as that.  When the buyer signs the contract and places the deposit, you get paid your referral fee.
