Not the Best Choice of an Incubator

Real Estate Agent with Mapleridge Realty, CT 203-206-0754 REB.0759001

While playing golf this week, I happened to notice something strange near one of the sand traps.  Normally i try to stay as far away from the and as possible, but this needed a better look.

A turtle thought the soft sand was a perfect place to lay her eggs. She had already dropped some in 2 separate locations in this trap, and was working on her third.

I doubt those eggs will ever hatch for a variety of reason, most having to do with location. I will try to spot young turtles the next time I make my way to that course.

Well as long as the golfers stay on the greens, these eggs might have a chance.

I think that turtle is going to be a good candidate for the Darwin award.

Ed, We were coming out of a large hardware store the other day and there were elevated planters with stones in them, so about 3' off the ground.  That's where a Canadian goose had set up her nest.  I'm thinking as the weather warms up she's going to regret that location.
