Your mind is a garden.

Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.

Every day brings opportunities to learn while enjoying life. Negative thoughts can stunt experiencing anything new, therefore impeding growth.

Gaining information to use applies to every day. Just as our bodies need stimulation and exercise so does the brain. After all, it is one of the most important organs in the body and needs nourishment to stay healthy.

Learn to weed out negative feelings when they come creeping in, crowding out the positive thoughts in the mind. Instead, look for something new or challenging to reignite or create a sense of adventure.

No weeds here! I'm growing flowers. Are you?

Good morning Wanda Kubat-Nerdin ,

Your post sends a great message..I do like to grow flowers and hate those pesky weeds! Every day is a gift and there are wonderful opportunities to take advantage of . Choosing to look  for the positive will bring you so much more than falling back to wallow in negativity.

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin Inspiring such that each of us would certainly want to grow flowers. The ideas we have in our minds which are grown into great deeds and acts can also influence or inspire others to grow theirs too.

I'm not much for "happy thoughts and rainbows" but there is something to be said for not dwelling on negative thoughts or attitudes. You tend to find what you are looking for.
