Now, for all those of you out there who are on the fence waiting for the market to bottom out before you buy, this is it.  Interest rates are amazing.  Get in now while prices are at their lowest!  We are in for a rebound over the next couple of years starting now.

I have my fingers crossed. Every article I read seems to have a different take on it, so I'm hopeful but cautious.

I just don't see it ending anytime soon!

I'd like to get excited but I still see the same causes sticking around. I'd bet we are in for a slower (but not crashing) market for a few years more.
