Tasting at the Chop Shop Local Butchery

 

Chef Dolores and I enjoyed tasting D'artagnan Magret Duck Breast, Buffalo Ribeye Steak and all natural Chicken Sausage at the Chop Shop Local Butchery at 12209 Darnestown Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878, phone 301-337-6689. Chef Hugh Cossard also offered some good cooking tips.

If you have not yet discovered the Chop Shop, plan to stop by for some of your shopping.

Hi Roy: Beautiful photo! Love duck breast. Now that there are some ducks that layed eggs on the roof here...thinking of becoming a vegetarian again as I watch how they spend hours nurturing their nest. Too bad we can't live on flowers.
