E-mail marketing

Mortgage and Lending with Eagle Nationwide Mortgage Co

I send out an average of 700+ e-mails every two weeks using e-mail vendors.

I am not sure that my "clients" are actually reading them/seeing them!

How can I make sure that my clients are getting the e-mails and benefitting from them - I know we all get enough emails to drive us all crazy and "brain drained" from all the info, but I want to keep in front of my clients and $0.42cent stamps are getting a little pricey!

Any great ideas out there, anyone?

I am still trying to find out how to send out a message to more than 20 e-mails at a time. They seem to get blocked before being allowed to get sent out of my inbox if I have too many.

If you subscribe to a service called Constant Contact, it can track the results for you. Also, Loan toolbox can as well. Both of these cost money. I send my e-newsletter out to about 525 of my contacts with a 30% open rate. It costs me about $35/month which is well worth it. Good luck!

Depending on your email package, you can have either/or/both mail delivered and mail read acknowledgments sent back to you.  With 700+ emails it might be prohibitive and time consuming on your part to read/clear them.
