New Active Rain Member - Suwanee, GA Agent

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community.  I look forward to working with you here and in real estate in general as we all work our way through the changing market place and all the new innovative tools.  I'm new to blogging, but look forward to contributing and learning. 

As a one year resident of Suwanee, GA, I love the city and I'm working hard to become a valuable advocate for the many great advantages offered in our growing community which include a tremendous dedication to preserving valuable greenspace, well-planned growth and innovative new neighborhood development.  I currently live in a mixed-use development with upscale restaurants and retail shops surrounding a great city park and amphitheater and I highly encourage people to learn more about this rapidly emerging style of suburban living.  Gwinnett county Georgia is just one of several areas in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, which is embrassing this new (at least for the Atlanta suburbs) development concept, allowing suburban residents to experience many of the same benefits previously reserved for upscale urban lofts and condos.
