What Single Word Describes YOU?
I recently reviewed the bios and Q&A on each of our 40-under-40 winners in the Charlotte Business Journal. Each of them was asked to share one word that described what they felt made them successful.
I found it so refreshing to read their descriptive terms such as tenacity, integrity, driven, bold, fearless, loyal, creative, passionate, driven, loyal, authentic, funny, fun-loving, passionate, loyal, innovative, competitive, leader, thinker, dedicated, dogged, leader, loyal, determined, motivated, determined, blessed, busy, down-to-earth, striving, optimistic, determined, motivated, grateful, passionate, resourceful...
Does just one of these traits best describe you? It certainly works for them! One word that I didn't see used was commitment. (I added it to the graphic.) In my opinion, if you are committed to focus on any of the behaviors described by any of the other adjectives used by these 40-under-40 winners, success is sure to follow!
What single word describes you and why do you think you embody that behavior?
