There were only 4 homes sold in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot, compared to 8 last week. This is the 2nd week that the number of sales have dropped (at a time they should be booming). Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 55, a huge decrease over last week's 112.
The chart above is the total MLS activity for the week. This includes ALL types of properties as well as all cities in our MLS. The chart below is very restrictive as explained below.
Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 4 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $298,700. and it was on the market for 52 days. The least expensive home sold for $113,490. and it was on the market for 43 days. Average days on market for the 4 homes sold was 55. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $96.26 an decrease from last week’s $110.10.
