Aloha Towers is a Pet Friendly condo complex comprising of two high-rise towers, one located at 430 Lewers St. and the other at 2215 Aloha Drive. The towers sit across the street from one another but residents may use the amenities in both towers. The complex offers 1,2, and 3 bedroom units in a number of floor plans. The condo is a few blocks to the beach, and steps to many hotels, restaurants and retail shopping.
Aloha Towers has several floor plans with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units starting at 673 interior square feet up to 786 sq.ft. and 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units range from 965 up to 1172 sq ft. and there are only (2) 3 bedroom, 3 bath units both over 1700 sq.ft. Each Tower is unique in it’s design and floor plan. The building has a number of hotel like amenities which include a pool, sauna, spa tub, BBQ area, paddle tennis court, convenience store, 24 hour security, and pass key entrances.
