Yes R Redbreast 'Still' Wants Into Real Estate but we have a failure to communicate. I will never be able to figure out what the little window tapper who runs and hides is trying to do or accomplish because we are not able to communicate with each other. (in case you did not read the original post my furtive little window tapper is a robin)

A few weeks ago I posted R Redbreast Wants Into Real Estate "a parable" but the story started even before that. For almost a month now I have been awakened by a furtive tap on the bathroom window. This tapping goes on all day from dawn to dusk. This little window tapper is persistent and yet is as elusive as some of our web visitors who provide false or garbled information when checking out the listings on our web sites.

Unlike my feathered friend you and I can communicate, as often or as little as you wish. While I can not help my feathered window tapper I can and do help people like yourself who want information about the real estate market. Much of the information is freely given and is provided on my web sites as I believe an educated consumer is my best customer.

I can understand a person wanting to be able to look in the peacefulness of their living room, den ,or home office for that dream home. I also understand that they do not want to have their email inbox filled up with junk email from some automated email program.

Tracking Visitors.

When you visit my main web sites www.uxbridgerealestateonline.com or www.myuxbridge.info some basic information is collected that does not identify individual users. This includes the amount of traffic visiting the site, which pages are visited and for how long, where the visitors come from, and what ISP you are using. The information collected is used to improve the quality of my web sites, enhance or tailor the information offered, and make your experience on my sites as valuable and efficient as possible.

Even with the additional information supplied by these strategic partners we will generally only send you a welcome message and little or nothing more unless you ask us for it. Most of our web visitors have only received the initial welcome message unless they asked for assistance of some kind.
