I didn't know there was anything available under $200,000 in your area. With days on market at 4 they are a hot commodity. -Kasey

Hi Belinda - while condo/townhome living may not fit for everyone, it's nice to see some relatively affordable options in Aurora.  Having the right local representation is important for anyone thinking of making a move in this segment of the market.

Well, shoot, Belinda, even if some of the complexes have too many rentals and an investor wanted to buy into that complex, they could always just pay cash at these prices.

Although it seems fewer and fewer are available...I see how someone can at least get in to a purchase.
