Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - June 11 - 17, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the week of June 11th through 17th. There were eight new listings added. The total number of available listings in Monroe NY increased this week from 120 to 124. Inventory levels in the Monroe NY area are still balanced, making it a great time to both sell and buy.

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

10 Balder Court, MLS #4727363, listed at $195,000. This 912 square foot ranch home is located on nearly an acre of level property. The home has three bedrooms and one bath, hardwood floors, a driveway and is on a private road.

8 Mid Oaks Street, MLS #4727459, listed at $199,900. This ranch home also has three bedrooms and one bath, with more square footage (1,080 square feet). The home is located in the village of Monroe in the Mid Oaks development. There is a full basement, hardwood flooring and a driveway.

39 Melody Lane, MLS #4726623, listed at $330,000. This three bedroom, two and a half bath colonial has ~1,800 square feet of space. The home is located in the village of Harriman. It has central air conditioning, eat-in kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, a backyard deck, finished basement, one-car garage and driveway.

15 Sutherland Drive, MLS #4726680, listed at $369,900. A bi-level home in the village of Monroe also came on the market this week. It has four bedrooms, three full baths and ~1,900 square feet. This home has a two car garage, driveway, kitchen with granite counters and access to the back deck.

77 Lake Shore Drive, MLS #4726655, listed at $399,000. This ~2,700 square foot colonial home is located in the Lake Sapphire community. The property offers access to the private lake. There is a covered front porch, as well as a side deck. The eat-in-kitchen includes a pantry, and the house has central air conditioning, hardwood floors, central vacuum and more.

19 Pinehurst Circle, MLS #4726356, listed at $400,000.  A three bedroom, two full and two half bath, ~2,500 square foot town house is also now available. The home is located in the Mansion Ridge development. It has central air conditioning, a two car garage, hardwood floors, granite counters, maple cabinets, a finished walk-out lower level, and an outside patio.

23 Frances Lane, MLS #4727434, listed at $519,500. Located in Twin Lakes Estates, this four bedroom, three and a half bath colonial has more than 2,700 square feet and an acre of property. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. There is an in-ground pool as well as an outdoor covered wet bar that has granite counters and is wired for cable TV. The home has central air conditioning, hardwood floors, leased solar panels, a two car garage, walkup attic and finished basement.

222 High Street, MLS #4726471, listed at $539,900. The final new addition to the Monroe inventory this week is a four bedroom, three and a half colonial, located in the village of Monroe. This home has 4,500 square feet of space which includes hardwood floors, crown molding, a formal dining room with french doors and formal living room with brick fireplace and window seat. The kitchen has granite countertops, a six-burner gas stove with double oven, stainless steel appliances and center island. Then backyard is fenced and private with in-ground pool and large patio.
