The market is crazy hot as most everyone knows right now. The neighbors home was in escrow the day it went live on MLS. Where it says days on market it reads 0. That is how fast it sold and according to the listing agent she didn't have a buyer before it hit MLS. The house I am going to be listing is just south of Clovis West High School. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with some recent upgrades like laminate wood flooring in the common areas including the hallway and interior paint. Bidding wars are very hard to replicate without the power of the MLS and thousands of agents in your area who are actively working with qualified buyers who are looking for a house like yours.
