www.krunching.com has launched. This was quite a feat and for those of you in the web industry you know just how much. After years of development and months of writing and testing we had our launch on the 5th of May 08. A site made for the novice or experienced investor it has everything you need or want to know about your potential in a property including NOI and cash flow potential.
