There are quite a few choices when it comes to new homes for sale in the Ashton Elementary School District. The surrounding area was sprinkled with a few remaining 5 and 10 acre ranchettes that have slowly been sold and developed since the housing market recovery took shape. Since these are smaller parcels, most of the communities are comprised of roughly 20 home sites making these neighborhoods quaint.
ASHTON OAKS: A private, gated enclave of 20 custom luxury homes. Each home will have a 3-Car Garage, pavered driveway/sidewalks and 1/4 to 1/3 acre home sites (rare anymore these days). It is possible to walk to or ride your bike to Ashton Elementary with your children from this community. An "owners gathering area" was set aside on a beautiful parcel under an ancient oak canopy, overlooking a sparkling lake, making it a great place for families and children to meet and play. Home sizes start at 2,400 square feet with prices starting in the high 500's.
ASHTON COVE: Homes in Ashton Cove will be non-customizeable. They are built with affordabilty in mind and aimed toward first time home buyers. 
26 homes will be built on this former 5 acre parcel and lawn maintence will be included. Home sizes range from 1,672 to 2807 square feet and prices range from 320k to 370k. Walking to Ashton Elementary from this community will be easy. It is the closest new community to the school.
PROVENCE: Currently under construction, Provence is a gated enclave of custom built luxury homes. 5 unique French innspired home models will invite owners and guests alike. Each home will have maintence free landscaping and beautiful outdoor entertaining areas. Homes will range from 1,900 to 2,400 square feet and start in the high 300's. Walking to Ashton Elementary is possible from this community.
RESERVE AT HONORE: The newest of the 4 neighborhoods. The building site is currently being improved and model home construction should begin in late summer of 2017. Prices will likely start in the mid to high 300's, however, no official release has been made in terms of prices and available floor plans. What we do know is that a total of 19 homes will be built. Walking to Ashton Elementary is relatively easy form this community and it is located across the street from Provence.
