On June 20, 20176, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.8% at an average price of $340,710 in May of 2017 from $338,010 in April of 2017, and gained 7.8% from price of $315,980 in May of 2016. While, homes sales rose 18.4% in May of 2017, from April of 2017, and higher 9.0% from May of 2016 in Inland Empire, California.
There were 3.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in May of 2017, lower from 3.9 months in April of 2017, and down from 4.2 months in May of 2016. An average it took 27.1 days to sell a home in May of 2017, declined from 36.8 days in April of 2017, and fell from 46.7 days in May of 2016 in Inland Empire, California.
