On June 20, 20176, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 2.5% to an average price of $492,040 in May of 2017 from $480,230 in April of 2017, and gained 5.3% from price of $467,290 in May of 2016. While, homes sales rose 24.9% in May of 2017, from April of 2017, and higher 7.3% from May of 2016 in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 3.0 months supplies of available inventory of homes in May of 2017, lower from 3.4 months in April of 2017, and down from 3.6 months in May of 2016. An average it took 22.3 days to sell a home in May of 2017, declined from 26.1 days in April of 2017, and fell from 40.5 days in May of 2016 in Los Angeles County, California.
