Oh my, Community of the Year certainly says it all about Millbridge in Waxhaw NC. Sellers and buyers in this area, call Nina Hollander to get more details on this lovely neighborhood!
George Souto ~ hi George...this is an exceptional community... not many here have their own full-time activities director or a multi-million dollar clubhouse.
I'm sorry, Nina, but as a person from California, which is probably why nobody cares much for people from the West Coast in North Carolina, but Waxhaw? Seriously? It sounds like Madam Trousseau's meets Minnie Pearl.
James Dray ~ hi James... people don't realize it, but Charlotte area is a golfer's paradise... tons of public, semi-private, and private golf courses which can be played year round except for a few really cold days.
Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents ~ hi Elizabeth, Waxhaw is a historic town named after the Waxhaw Indians. The Waxhaw/Weddington/Marvin towns are immediately adjacent to the Charlotte boundary and have some of the most beautiful (and most expensive) custom homes in the area, along with some of the top schools in the Carolinas. It is also horse country with gorgeous horse farms. Some of the wealthiest people in our area live in Waxhaw... their estates are simply unbelievable.
