Aventura at The Canyons is a guard-gated luxury community with 68 single story homes built from 1999 – 2003. The homes range in living space from 2,814 SF – 3,514 SF.

Bellacere at The Canyons is a lush, tree-lined neighborhood with a tennis court and a beautifully landscaped walking path through the center of the development. You will find 54 luxury homes with an old world Mediterranean elegance. Some homes may have views of the TPC Canyons Golf Course fairway or spectacular mountain views. Homes range in living space from 3,040 SF to 10,312 SF.

Canyon Crest at The Canyons is a gated luxury neighborhood will 61 homes situated on lot sizes ranging from 1/4 acre to approximately 1/3 acres.

Canyon Fairways at The Canyons is a luxury guard-gated community with 147 homes built between 1998 – 2002 and the living space ranges from 3,147 SF to 10,495 SF.

Canyon Ridge at The Canyons is a Summerlin gated community of large luxury homes built in 1998 and is located next to the TPC Las Vegas golf course.

Dakota Condos at The Canyons is a condominium community located just south of the Summerlin Parkway and just east of Town Center Drive with units of the South side of the complex backing to the TPC Summerlin golf course. Eagle Rock at The Canyons is a luxury guard-gated golf course neighborhood. The amenities for Eagle Rock include a 6-acre park, tennis courts, trails, a business district and sparkling city light and mountain views.

Mira Villa Condos at The Canyons are mid-rise luxury condominiums developed in 2006, consisting of 219 units on 4 floors. Mira Villa condominiums are well-designed and offer spacious condo floorplans ranging from 2,052 SF – 3,917 SF of luxury living space and also features a private 2 car garage with additional storage space.

Talon Pointe at The Canyons is a gated community located in the middle of The Canyons at Summerlin village off of Town Center and Anasazi. Talon Pointe consists of luxury homes ranging in size from 2,900 SF one-story single family homes to larger 3,600 SF 2-story single family homes.
