I am a Stanley Martin Homeowner in Belmont Bay, Woodbridge, VA. Dozens of Stanley Martin Homes in my community have or are still leaking when it rains. Prince William County Code Enforcement Office cited Stanley Martin with six Residential Building Code Violations on my home alone. There are dozens more and Stanley Martin is refusing to correct the problem.

Dozens more Stanley Martin Homes are leaking in Coles Run Manor, Manassas, VA.

Buyers beware of Stanley Martin. Every single one of their homes with brick veneer exteriors have blatant code violations (flashing is not "thru-wall" above roofs, windows, garages, etc) as required by 2006 Virginia and International Building Codes.

Visit the following web sites to see the evidence for yourself! Don't be duped into believing Stanley Martin builds quality homes - they do not. And they do not stand by their work (especially after the one year warranty expires!).
