I wanted to feature our Maui vacation rental in Haiku Maui. We been in operation for a year and half after getting our license from the County of Maui. It was a long process, getting special use permits from the county. Then there was all the remodel work that my wife Ivy and I put into our 2 bedroom cottage.
Well in the long run it turned out to be a home run. We have guest from all over the world. You think that travelers would prefer the Four Season Hotel, or a condo in Kihei Maui. But there is a certain traveler that is looking for a more local experience, peaceful setting. So far we have been experiencing a 5-star rating on Air B&B and VRBO. I have to say my wife does an amazing job presenting the perfect getaway. Our little bit of paradise, Haiku vacation rental has been drawing windsurfers looking to windsurf on Maui's excellent shoreline.
