Brett, thanks for the tips.  I'm a retired real estate attorney and broker/owner who is building his own business on the beautiful Northern Olympic Peninsula in Washington.  Most agents are not big techies up here, so any advantage is a good advantage.  Email still is the killer application.  With good CRM, it's definitely powerful, and I use it a lot.  I'll evaluate those email templats.  Thanks again.
