This includes improving your mood, immune system and even assists with bringing Alzheimer's patients back into the present moment. Wow!
When I have a chance I make it a point to attend various drum circles throughout Long Island, NY. You get to play, dance and even sing! If you are wondering where to go, here is a excellent Facebook group to join which gives you a heads-up about planned and last minute (flash) drum circles. It's called, "Hand Drummers of Long Island, NY." Heck, you could even start your own drum circle and share that information with the rest of the group (about 700 or so and it continues to grow).
