The Minimum Sales Price Decreased $30,000 compared to the 2016, but it has 1 more bedroom and 148 sq extra.

The Maximum Sales Price  Increased $100,000 versus 2016, but decrease on bedrooms, increase with 2 more baths and 477 sq ft. Days on the market increased 71 days.

The Average Sales Price Increased $40,892, bedrooms and baths remain the same, square feet were almost similar, but the days on the market decreased 10 days.

4 Homes were sold as Short Sales, 7 homes on Probate and 4 bank owned aka repos. 20 more homes sold than 2016.

 

Mortgage interest rate at the end of June was at: 3.950% for a Conventional Loan,  3.750 % for a VA loan and 3.625%  for Fha.

7 Homes were Sold as Shor Sales, 5 homes on Probate and 5 homes were bank owned.

Mortgage was in the 3's% and never reached the 4% in the entire year
